1. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are NOT eligible for refunds:

If you upload photo of any DJ/Musician/Artist, snan will not be done and money will not be refunded.

B

If you upload photo of any YouTube channel or Instagram page, snan will not be done and money will not be refunded.

C

If you upload photo of any poster, snan will not be done and money will not be refunded.

D

If you upload photo of any ghibli/caricature/cartoon, snan will not be done and money will not be refunded.

E

If the service is booked on DigitalSnanIndia.com and later cancelled by you, no money would be refunded.

2. Refund Eligible Situations

Refunds will be issued ONLY under the following circumstances:

Failure to Perform

If DigitalSnanIndia.com fails to perform the snan (bath) due to our own fault.

B

Technical Error

If the snan (bath) video cannot be delivered due to a technical error on our end like our server failure or recording equipment malfunctioning.
